En la ocasión especial de conmemorar el 68º Aniversario de la Independencia, este próximo 6 de Marzo, permítanos expresar en nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, nuestras más sinceras felicitaciones a Usted, a Su Pueblo y Gobierno de la República de Ghana.
Celebramos con Ustedes el Espíritu Valiente y Visionario que llevó a Ghana a convertirse en la primera Nación Subsahariana en alcanzar su Independencia en 1957. Su lucha liderada por figuras como Kwame Nkrumah, no sólo liberó a su Pueblo, sino que encendió la Llama de la Esperanza en todo el Continente Africano y más allá.
Ghana y Nicaragua comparten una Historia de Lucha por la Autodeterminación, Independencia y el Desarrollo y estamos orgullosos de continuar fortaleciendo la Amistad y Solidaridad entre nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos.

Dear President,
On the special occasion of commemorating the 68th Anniversary of Independence, this coming March 6, allow us to express on behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, our heartfelt congratulations to You, Your People and Government of the Republic of Ghana.
We celebrate with you the courageous and visionary spirit that led Ghana to become the first Sub-Saharan Nation to achieve independence in 1957. Its struggle led by figures such as Kwame Nkrumah, not only liberated its people, but ignited the flame of hope throughout the African continent and beyond.
Ghana and Nicaragua share a history of Struggle for Self-Determination, Independence and Development and we are proud to continue to strengthen the Friendship and Solidarity between our Peoples and Governments.
